We borrowed an idea from a man named Will Guidara — unreasonable hospitality. The principle is simple: do more than anyone could reasonably expect, for no reason other than that you can. We're a small operation. That's exactly why we can do this. And we intend to.

A real human, every time
Email, DM, concierge — a person on our side reads every message and writes you back, usually within a day. No ticket numbers. No canned replies. No bots pretending to be us.

Every piece ships with a hand-finished touch — a written note, a small token, a thank-you that has nothing to do with upselling you anything. Because you chose to wear our work, and that matters to us.

Sizing help, before you commit
Not sure between an L and an XL? Send us your height, weight, and how you like your fits. We'll talk it through with you, the way a friend who works in a shop would. No pressure, no funnel.

If it's wrong, we make it right
A defect, a wrong size, a misprint, a piece that didn't arrive — we're not going to make you fight a policy page. Write us once, and we'll fix it. The kind of fix that ends with you smiling, not with us being technically correct.

Custom asks, open inbox
Need a specific size we don't list? A jersey number? A piece for a wedding, a memorial, a tour? Ask. We won't always say yes — but we'll always actually consider it, and we'll always tell you why.
